BWT Website Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the product(s) are in its original condition and the decision is made within the warranty dates of the product(s), you may return it to us either for an exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Faulty Goods / Damage Goods
If your product(s) do not function as it was advertised and the products are within the warranty dates, you are more than welcome to contact us via email (reception@spaceindustries.co.nz) or call us on (09 962 3902) whereby you have the option to:
- Get a replacement product on us
- Receive a full refund of your purchase
Please contact us and we will organize the return process for you. Please note that if you have purchased your product(s) from our distributor retailers, you must contact them directly. You can find their contact information via our Stockist Locator page.
Exceptions
Please not that in the following instances, the product(s) cannot be returned;
- Product(s) have been damaged by user outside of the product(s) function of use
- Product(s) are beyond the warranty dates
